Glass artist, designer and glass grinder, founder of Lukáš Jabůrek Studio. Until 2018, artistic director of the Moser glassworks. Winner of numerous Czech and foreign awards, including the Public Award of the prestigious Czech Grand Design 2012 competition for the design of the Hruška and Kolorit vases. A graduate of the Higher Vocational School of Glassmaking and the Applied Art High School in Nový Bor. In his work, he combines traditional glass craftsmanship with contemporary design. He creates hand-blown and hand-cut objects, unique limited works and decorative and gift glass, characterized by an unmistakable signature of sharp edges, radical surfaces and cuts, unique combinations of colored glazes. He puts a unique story and expression of himself into each work.
