The young glass designer Jan Hrůza is a student at Umprum in Prague in the Atelier skla. The opal-aquamarine vases from the Alétheia collection are his first glass objects created at the glass foundry in collaboration with master smelter Martin Štefánek. It was he who named the set of vases Hrůzalín. Several metallurgical principles were used to create the vases
with different types of glass, admixture of silver and soda. The surface of the vases visually resembles stone. This is an ensemble inspired by the New Stage of the National Theater in Prague.
